Refund Policy

If you do need to return an item, the item must be returned to CAVIUS within 28 days of the purchase date. It must be unused and in its original packaging.

To organise the return, please contact us at support@cavius.com.au. Please provide your contact details and a brief statement regarding why you wish to return the item. The cost of return freight will be your responsibility.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will email you a store credit for the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) that you paid for the product or offer a replacement product.

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. If you have a question about our products or are unsure about the item you wish to purchase then please feel free to contact us at sales@cavius.com.au prior to making your purchase – we are happy to help.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS.

We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, however in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email support@cavius.com.au. We will arrange to provide a replacement if the product is unable to be fixed.
