We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 per order. This includes rural addresses, but not PO Boxes. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days following receipt of your order.
Please note during peak periods or sales it may take an additional 2 days to process your order, if you have an urgent order during these times please email our customer services (support@cavius.com.au) with your order number and we’ll do our best to accommodate priority shipping.
All orders are sent via StarTrack or Australian Post and you will receive an email with the tracking details as soon as your order is processed and collected by the couriers. All orders are sent require a signature unless otherwise authorised at checkout by the person ordering that is ok to leave. If you have any delivery requests or instructions please leave these in the order comments field at checkout. Please note if the courier does not believe there is a safe place to leave the package, they will leave a ‘Card to Call’ so you can arrange delivery.
For any rural deliveries, please allow an extra 2 business days in addition to the above timings.
